Authorized use

Authorized users may use Azli for Provenial's property research, market analysis, client service, transaction-related work, and internal operations. Accounts and platform access may not be shared with unauthorized parties.

Listing information

Listing information remains subject to the rights, rules, attribution, and use limitations of its source. Access to Azli does not transfer ownership of listing information or create a right to redistribute it.

Decision support

Azli organizes information and supports professional analysis. Users remain responsible for reviewing source information, exercising professional judgment, and approving communications, offers, contracts, and transaction decisions.

Platform availability

Features and data availability may change as sources, authorizations, and the platform evolve. Access may be limited when required to protect users, data, or the service.
